Thank you for shopping with Wholesale Spice Depot LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We take great pride in supplying premium, food-grade spices, herbs, and blends to our valued customers across the United States.

Because our products are food items, we must maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging. However, we do accept returns for the following situations:

✅ Damaged During Shipping – If you receive a damaged or leaking package.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If the product shipped does not match your order.
✅ Defective Packaging or Contamination Concerns – If there is a visible product defect or quality issue upon delivery.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Reporting a Problem

To start a return or claim:

  • Email us at contact@wholesaledepot.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a photo of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
  • Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been approved, as it may be required for inspection.

3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For other cases (e.g., customer error, change of mind), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will result in either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full or partial refund issued to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days).

Refunds apply only to the product value; shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used spice or herb packages
  • Custom or private-label orders
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Bulk products repackaged by the buyer

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
